    • $25.00 - $35.00+ per hour

    Who We Are Looking For

    • 5+ years experience in Concrete
    • Proficiency in Carpentry, Layout, or Concrete Finishing
    • Ability to run with tasks on your own and utilize laborers to accomplish goals
    • A mindset that is always thinking ahead to the next step
    • Ability to work well individually or as part of a team
    • Aptitude for teaching others the skills you are proficient in
    • Desire to strive, achieve, and grow into a larger role

    ACI Concrete Flatwork Certification is encouraged.



    Company Requirements


    Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual transmission.

    We have a residential division, where we focus primarily on providing clean and highly detailed work directly to homeowners.

    Job description


    R. S. Widdoes is seeking an All-star Laborer for our team.


    Our Offer

    • $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Who We Are Looking For


    This is an entry level position on our team. We are looking for someone who has 1-5 years of experience in Concrete and is looking to develop their skill set.


    You have:

    • Hustle
    • Functional Strength
    • Desire to strive, achieve, and grow your skill sets.
    • Knowledge, experience, familiarity or background in Concrete
    • 1-5 years of experience in Concrete
    • Proficiency in shoveling, raking, and using hand tools
    • Ability to take direction and do what is necessary to accomplish tactical tasks
    • A willingness to clean tools and keep the job organized
    • Ability to work well individually or as part of a team
    • A interest in developing a skill set in carpentry, concrete finishing, equipment operation, or leadership
    • Ability to run with tasks on your own
    • An interest in developing a career in Construction long term

    Bonus Points:


    Have experience with Footing jobs; extra points if you have been a ditch man.


    Have experience in Residential Concrete

    Schooling or certifications in Construction or Trades.
